Job Description
Funding Societies | Modalku is seeking a Collections Officer to manage and recover outstanding payments from clients, while maintaining professionalism and empathy. The ideal candidate will have sharp communication and negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong numerical acumen.
Requirements
- Experience in SME collections function
- Experience/able to work with targets and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Apt in negotiating and persuading
- Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, or a similar field
