People & Culture Director responsible for leading a team across recruitment, people partnering, and office management, driving modern people strategy through AI and smarter processes.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a senior People & Culture leadership role, ideally across multiple sites or countries, with a background from tech or other fast-moving industries
- Relevant education in People & Culture, Organisational Development, or a related field
- Proven track record of building and improving modern people processes
- Strong experience in recruitment, employer branding, and talent attraction
- Hands-on experience with workforce planning and translating business strategy into people plans
- Proven experience leading change management initiatives, from design through to execution, and a track record of bringing people along through transformation
- Passion for learning & development and building leadership capability
- Solid experience in manager coaching, leadership development, and training
- Solid knowledge of Swedish labour law, including LAS, MBL, and AML, and what they mean in practice
- AI-savvy mindset, with curiosity and confidence in using modern tools to make People & Culture smarter and more effective
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust across cultures and all levels of the organisation
