We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help us reach the next stage of growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strategic thinking, creative instincts, and analytical rigor — someone who wants to shape campaigns, improve systems, and influence how Funnel markets to modern marketing teams.
Requirements
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant channels
- Design and analyze experiments, including audience testing, creative testing, and landing page optimization
- Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and content teams to develop high-performing campaign creatives
- Use data and analytics to identify growth opportunities, improve campaign efficiency, and support strategic decisions
- Build or improve internal workflows and automations using AI tools and LLMs where relevant
- Partner with the web team to coordinate landing pages, tracking implementation, and conversion experiments
- Act as an internal subject matter expert on performance marketing trends, platform changes, and best practices
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams by providing feedback and insights from a performance marketer’s perspective
