Workforce & Finance Analyst

Workforce & Finance Analyst will partner with Operations Team Leadership on support, implementation and compliance of team member working shifts and hours established by Operational Team Leaders, ensuring accurate reporting of workforce data and staffing coverages, analyzing cost efficiency opportunities, and supporting payroll execution performed by the external payroll provider.

Requirements

• Ensure working hour conditions, overtime, and shift structures are correctly applied across the organization
• Analyze labor cost trends, payroll expenses, and budget variances
• Collect, validate, and consolidate payroll-related inputs (hours worked, overtime, absences, operational incidents) for submission to the external payroll provider
• Perform absenteeism analysis and assess operational and financial impact
• Prepare workforce-related operational and financial reports and dashboards
• Consolidate and validate sales performance data for commission reporting
• Provide leadership with strategic insights on workforce optimization and cost control
