Guest Operations Specialist will uphold cleanliness and appearance standards in Furnished Quarters' apartments, conducting inspections, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring units meet design standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of housekeeping or operations experience in the hospitality industry
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate hand-held tablets
• Knowledge of general cleaning principles, products, and equipment
• Ability to travel on public transportation to multiple work locations throughout the day
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• A professional appearance and friendly, service-oriented attitude
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and carry up to 50 pounds
