Furnished Quarters is seeking a Guest Operations Specialist to uphold cleanliness and appearance standards in their apartments. The role requires conducting thorough inspections, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining positive relationships with building staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping or operations in the hospitality industry, basic computer knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of housekeeping or operations experience in the hospitality industry
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate hand-held tablets
• Knowledge of general cleaning principles, products, and equipment
• Ability to travel to multiple work locations throughout the day
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• A professional appearance and friendly, service-oriented attitude
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and carry up to 50 pounds
