Job Description
Join Further's Technology and Product Innovation team as a Product Owner, driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-enabled product initiatives. Work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to shape needs and deliver successful product features and releases.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of product management experience or similar product-focused roles.
- Experience leading end-to-end product lifecycle activities, from strategy to delivery.
- Experience with at least one AI-powered digital product or platform.
- Ability to translate business needs into product features with clear value propositions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive decisions, and solve problems across multiple groups.
