Litera is seeking a Product Owner to help shape the future of legal tech. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, strong technical aptitude, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in agile environments
- Strong technical aptitude and passion for building high-quality products
- Metrics-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable direction
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment across teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities, make clear trade-offs, and communicate constraints effectively
- Comfortable engaging a wide range of stakeholders and proactively seeking input
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, M365, Teams, and Salesforce
