Job Description
The Software Engineer will support the CASA Compute Environment (CCE) SaaS team and its mission services. This role involves maintaining containerized applications, upgrading services, assisting customers, and developing new functionality. The engineer will also provide customer support through various channels and help desk tickets.
Requirements
- TS/SCI w/ Polygraph Clearance Required
- Experience using the Linux CLI
- Experience with Bash/Python scripting
- Experience with creating Helm Charts for Kubernetes
- Experience with developing services on Kubernetes
- Experience creating containerized applications/services using Docker
- Experience providing customer outreach and troubleshooting support
