Job Description
The System Administrator 3 (MM) role provides support for IT systems implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. This involves IT infrastructure management, operating system configuration, and resolving problems related to clients, servers, and networks. The position requires a Tier 1/2/3 problem identification and resolution, along with system configuration and management. Knowledge of SOAR and ITSM platforms like ITIL and Microsoft is essential.
Requirements
- Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph Clearance Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Four (4) years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts
- Fifteen (15) years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts
- ITL 4 platform certification
- IT Service Management (ITSM) certification
- Active Directory, Identity Management, SCCM, DNS, Group Policy, Active Role Servers, PAM Services, and MS Exchange experience
