Job Description
This System Administrator 4 role provides support for information Technology systems, focusing on implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems infrastructure. The role involves resolving issues, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance. Tier 1 and Tier 2 support is required, and the position aims to maintain system security and improve overall reliability.
Requirements
- Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph Clearance Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
- Twenty (20) years of experience as a SA in programs and contracts
- DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III certification
- ITIL 4 platform certification
- Eight (8) years of experience with Service Management (ITSM)
- ITSM knowledge
- ITIL 4 platform certification
- Experience with Active Directory, Identity Management, SCCM, DNS, Group Policy, Active Role Servers, Privileged Account Management (PAM) Services, and MS Exchange
- Experience with desktop & enclave services
