The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, focusing on key Human Resources areas such as recruiting, onboarding, payroll, time and attendance, performance management, compensation, benefits, and security.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate critical thinking and independence, technical expertise in Workday, a strong understanding of Human Resources and payroll processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks that enhance the user experience.
