
Job description
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, liaison and coordination of Workday projects. This role will work in collaboration with project stakeholders within Human Resources as well as other areas within Ascensus to lead projects, develop integrations, and support HR functions.
Develop and support integrations and reporting between Workday and other 3rd party applications, lead testing and implementing Workday upgrades, and develop communications and editing of human resources policies and guidelines.
This role requires a strong understanding of Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence modules, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally within Human Resources.
