
Job description
The HRIS Analyst is a key contributor to the firm's core HCM system, Workday, and is responsible for supporting Workday reporting and HR data analysis activities. This role is part of the Human Resources team and focuses on maintaining data accuracy, consistency, and compliance while translating business requirements into scalable reporting solutions within Workday.
Maintain and support existing system reports, create ad-hoc reports, maintain and update the system organizational structure, perform functional testing, prepare and submit annual HR government regulatory reports, diagnose report- or data-related issues, and develop and perform regular audits.
To be successful in this position, the individual must possess strong communication and customer service skills, along with a solid understanding of the Workday ecosystem, and be able to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels across the firm.
