HRIS Analyst - Workday

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our HRIS team and support the ongoing evolution of our Workday system. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert for the system and partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, configure scalable system solutions, provide day to day support to the organization, and ensure data integrity within the system.

What You Will Do

Actively collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and recommend scalable system solutions meeting business needs, perform hands-on configuration, testing, and documentation of Workday solutions, and provide day to day Workday system support for a global userbase.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of strong hands on configuration experience in Workday
• Working proficiency in both English and Spanish
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and explain technical concepts in practical terms in both languages
• Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sensitive data
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills
• Solid understanding of Human Resources processes and concepts
