The Business Systems Analyst - Workday & HRIS will support and enhance Workday and related HR systems, configuring, reporting, security, and integrations to ensure the people systems are optimized, compliant, and continuously improving. This role will work closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-friendly solutions across the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience including configuration, reporting, calculated fields, and business processes
- Experience with Workday Absence Management and Security configuration preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR processes such as employee lifecycle, time off, and organization management
- Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for analysis, data validation, and reconciliation
- Experience supporting or integrating other HRIS or People Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Okta, others) is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver quality outcomes, and maintain high accuracy under pressure
