Job Description
Fusion Sleep is seeking a Patient Advocate to join their team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will be a medical professional with experience in sleep medicine and a passion for providing excellent customer service and patient satisfaction. The Patient Advocate will be responsible for adhering to call quality standards, maintaining professionalism and accountability, and prioritizing daily tasks.
Requirements
- One year of experience working in a medical/clinic setting preferred
- Minimum of two years of general clerical experience
- EMR system experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy during patient interactions
