Job Description
We are seeking an HR Generalist to provide operational support within a global, distributed team, particularly in North America, Europe, LATAM, and India. The ideal candidate has experience in compliance, employment regulations, employee benefits administration, and employee relations, and can thrive in an autonomous virtual and agile environment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience working within a fast-growing organization
- Strong ability to drive things forward and proactive approach to day-to-day-tasks
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
