Job Description
We are looking for a Human Resource Generalist to join our growing HR team. The role will support the full employee lifecycle in a dynamic, global organization, and involve partnering closely with leaders and employees, as well as collaborating with HR colleagues across multiple regions. Key responsibilities include providing HR guidance, facilitating new hire experiences, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in HR business partner roles, a strong understanding of US employment laws, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resource business partner roles
- Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with HRIS platforms (Workday and Compose preferred), and Microsoft Office
