We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to build strong, long-term partnerships with our clients, focusing on relationship management, service delivery oversight, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree (B.A.) from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services sector.
- Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) environment.
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure.
- Understanding of network infrastructure and server technologies.
- Knowledge of current and emerging technology trends.
