Job Description
FusionTek is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to build strong, long-term partnerships with our clients. This role focuses on relationship management, service delivery oversight, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree (B.A.) from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services sector
- Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) environment
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives
