Job Description
FusionTek is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking a Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions. As a Sales Engineer, you'll guide clients through complex technology decisions and translate their requirements into clear project plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required, Bachelorās Degree in an ITārelated field preferred
- 5+ years of technical support experience in an MSP environment
- 2ā3 years of Sales Engineer experience, or equivalent solutionsāfocused technical role
- Strong knowledge of desktop and server operating systems
- Deep understanding of networking concepts and design
- Extensive experience designing cloud solutions (O365, Azure, Azure AD, Intune)
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management best practices
- Experience with RMM tools (Datto RMM is a plus)
- Experience with Autotask PSA is a plus
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MSā102) is a plus
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZā305) is a plus
