Job Description
FusionTek is a Managed Service Provider looking for a Service Desk Technician (L1) to provide remote support for clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in desktop operating systems, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional IT support experience
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, and macOS
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
