Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance team, develop and execute preventative and corrective maintenance strategies, and ensure minimal downtime of machinery and systems in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Lead Maintenance Department in daily activity
• Develop, Write, and Implement Departmental Hoshin and budget
• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians
• Oversee daily workflow, scheduling, and assignments of equipment and facilities department
• Monitor and control department hours and schedule Team members work hours and PTO
• Troubleshoot equipment and aid in required tests and trial activities
• Support investigations using 5-Why analysis for Safety and Quality issues
• Maintain training records and ensure team follows rules consistently
• Work with other departments to reduce scrap
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance program
• Manage employee relations in coordination with Maintenance Department and Human Resources
• Oversee diagnosis and resolution of mechanical, electrical, and operational issues
• Manage maintenance budgets, purchase parts and equipment, and ensure cost-effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and safety protocols
• Coordinate with other departments and external vendors to complete maintenance projects
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
