Membership CRM Executive

The Membership CRM Executive will assist the Membership CRM Lead in delivering seamless member communications and support the creation of relevant and brand-aligned customer touchpoints.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a CRM role
• Proven ability to accurately build and deploy email or multi-channel campaigns using a CRM/Marketing Automation platform
• Comfortable extracting and organising data
• Ability to write engaging, brand-aligned copy
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email and experience with audience segmentation logic
