The Membership CRM Lead will oversee the end-to-end management of marketing activity, building seamless customer journeys and ensuring timely, relevant, and brand-aligned touchpoints. The role requires a strong background in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and analytical mindset, with experience in managing direct reports and collaborating across teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven CRM experience (Publishing/Media sector desirable)
- A strong track record of building automated customer journeys that increase engagement, reduce churn and increase LTV (knowledge of Selligent Marketing Cloud desirable)
- Comfortable with data - able to explain what numbers mean and how to improve them
- Ability to write engaging, brand-aligned copy and provide clear briefs for design assets
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email and experience with audience segmentation logic
- Previous experience managing at least one direct report or demonstrated readiness to step into a formal leadership role
- Proven ability to work and communicate effectively across Marketing, Product, and Brand teams
