Job Description
We are looking for a Level 1 Technician to provide deskside IT support to our customer. Work hours are from 8:30a -4:00p, M-F, in Valley Stream, NY. Benefits include Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401k with company match and PTO.
Requirements
- Address support tickets in the ticketing system
- Provide technical support to school staff and students
- Troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and reimage Chromebooks
- Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and projectors
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and IT staff to maintain documentation
- Prioritize daily activities based on ticket urgency and administrative requests
- Assist with additional IT-related tasks and projects as needed
