Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager & Product Owner to join our team at Technia in Nieuwegein. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and innovation, be a good communicator, and be able to excel in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- HBO or WO degree
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide strategic advice
- Knowledge of product development and experience with agile methodologies is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Availability for at least 40 hours per week on location
