Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager & Product Owner (80/20) Benelux for our SaaS-product Alfamail, focused on project management software. As a CSM & PO, you will guide customers in achieving their goals, ensure a smooth onboarding process, and work proactively to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- HBO or WO graduate
- 2-5 years of work experience gained in a customer-focused function, such as CSM, PO, or Account Management
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide strategic advice
- Knowledge of product development and experience with agile methodologies is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
