Job Description
We are looking for an experienced financial professional to lead our financial administration team in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to structure financial processes for improvement.
Requirements
- Completed HBO or WO degree in Finance, Business Economics, or Accountancy.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in financial administration, including leadership experience.
- Thorough knowledge of financial and tax legislation.
- Experience with ERP and accounting systems such as AFAS, Exact, or comparable.
- Strong analytical skills and good communication skills.
- Result-oriented, proactive, and able to switch between operational and strategic modes.
- Natural leadership and the ability to create structure and overview.
