Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Deep knowledge of California employment law, labor relations, and healthcare compliance requirements
- Demonstrated experience across the full spectrum of HR functions
- Proven ability to lead in complex, high-change healthcare environments
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
