Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification preferred
- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including 2-3 years in a Director or senior leadership capacity in healthcare settings/corporate healthcare environment
