Co-Founder & CTO - AI PropTech for Municipal Approvals

We are looking for a technical co-founder to help shape the product vision and underlying technical architecture of a workflow intelligence software company for development and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• Experience shipping production-grade software systems in environments where outputs carried operational or business consequences
• Strong technical judgment across modern AI systems, data pipelines, workflow software, and secure SaaS architecture
• Understanding of the tradeoffs between automation, reliability, and human oversight
• Ability to solve ambiguous systems problems with high ownership
