Requirements

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract structure, risk allocation, and regulatory implications
• Lead deal negotiations, collaborating with sales, finance, and operations teams
• Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, and contracting processes
• Provide legal support for new product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and international expansion
• Support contract operations improvement initiatives
