FWD Group is looking for a Regional Sales Representative / Solicitor to join our team in Nagoya, Japan. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the sales of our own products, managing agency relationships, and supporting the agency sales team and business development teams in their sales activities.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or a related field in the financial industry, including insurance, banking, or securities
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulations in the insurance industry
- High-level professional ethics and a strong sense of mission
- Ability to empathize with the company's vision and values
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong language skills, including English
- Experience in insurance sales or a related field is an asset
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, including life insurance, health insurance, and asset products
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its trends and developments
Benefits
- Salary range: ¥4,000,000 - ¥8,000,000 per year
- Bonus: performance-based, paid annually in March
- Promotion: based on performance and experience, paid annually in April
- Working hours: 9:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
- Holidays: 124 days per year, including weekends and national holidays
