Agency Conservation Support and Budget Senior Specialist

This role delivers the agency policy conservation programs and overall agency budget reporting and coordination, as well as agency support general services. It involves planning, coordination, and administration of business conservation programs, budget planning and administration, and evaluation of strategic projects and agency initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, economics, accountancy, or applied mathematics
• 3-5 years of experience in agency administration, project evaluation, expense modeling, and analytics in the life or non-life insurance industry
• Experience in projects as SME, cost controller, workstream member, and/or leader
• Experience in life insurance agency or banca administration, training, sales, finance, or operations
