Luzon Sales Head

The Luzon Sales Head is responsible for achieving sales targets and managing the sales teams in North Central and South Luzon. The position requires at least 5 years of sales and management experience in life insurance and/or financial services industry.

Requirements

• College graduate
• At least 5 years of sales and management experience in life insurance and/or financial services industry
• In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques, government regulations and codes related to life insurance industry
• Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of Agency field force management and the entire organization
• Abilities in sales forecasting and market analysis
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of life insurance industry developments in Philippines
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Highly developed leadership, coaching and influencing skills
• Organization and planning skills
