Requirements
- Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide talent development strategies
- Establish robust talent identification, assessment, and development frameworks
- Drive the delivery of scalable, future-focused learning programmes
- Provide strategic oversight of succession, development planning and performance management for senior management and critical roles
- Lead employee engagement, culture, wellbeing, and recognition strategies
- Use employee data, engagement insights, and talent analytics to diagnose challenges, measure programme effectiveness, and drive targeted interventions
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to enhance organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, and change readiness
- Contribute to regional and group-level people and culture initiatives
- Drive innovation and digitalisation across talent development and learning
- Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Development & Engagement team
- Manage budgets and resources for talent and engagement initiatives
