Manager/ Assistant Manager, Operational Risk Management

Support the implementation of FWD HK’s operational risk management programs and assist in preparing relevant risk reports. Assist in incident handling, process deep dives, and data analyses to provide 2nd line insights and independent view on risk assessment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 6+ years of experience in risk/compliance/audit, preferably in financial services industry
• CPA or certifications related to information security and/or data management are preferred
• Good understanding of risk management and internal controls
• Previous experience in risk management/internal controls is preferred
• Experience in risk systems and/or data visualization tools
• Willingness to learn about other aspects of operational risks including data and technology risks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Sound communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
