Job Description
FWD Group is seeking a Manager, Customer Risk Control, to support the development of the Customer Risk Control Team under Life Operations. The role will involve supporting business and complying with regulatory requirements, performing enhanced due diligence, and advising on AML/CTF requirements.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business, Compliance, Risk Management and/or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in life insurance sector and with knowledge on life insurance operations
- Possess working experience related to case management, regulatory requirements and/or risk mitigations
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese & English
