• Coordinate between companies and agencies
• Initiate sales promotion activities
• Prepare daily and monthly reports
• Monitor sales performance and provide solutions to close gaps
• Plan and initiate activities to increase productivity and persistency
• Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
• Work with relevant functions on sales quality issues
• Brief and prepare Zone Head with key issues and recommendations
• Assist Zone Head to summarize key actions and follow up on action points
