Executive Assistant to the Executive Office

FWD.us is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the President of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the President's calendar, preparing for meetings and events, and providing administrative support to the Executive Office team. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The candidate should be a team player who is committed to the organization's mission of advancing immigration and criminal justice reform.

Requirements

• Manage the President's calendar and schedule internal and external meetings
• Prepare for meetings and events, including compiling background information and managing logistics
• Provide administrative support to the Executive Office team
• Draft and track email and other correspondence on behalf of the President
• Draft memos and other written products for internal or external audiences
• Work with the Operations team to support budget and financial approvals
• Coordinate travel, event, and logistical needs, and process expense reports
