Job Description
Join FxPro as a Senior Institutional Sales Manager and lead the acquisition, development, and expansion of strategic institutional partnerships. Develop and execute institutional sales and market expansion strategies across target regions and client segments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years of institutional sales experience within FX / CFD brokerage, Prime Brokerage, or financial services
- Proven track record managing and growing high-value institutional clients (hedge funds, asset managers, prop firms, IBs)
- Strong knowledge of FX/CFD markets, institutional trading infrastructure, and execution models
- Experience with trading platforms (MT4/MT5, FIX API) and CRM systems
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive revenue growth
