Job Description
Independent identification and development of new business opportunities in the fintech and payments industry, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals. Relationship management and tailored commercial proposals.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales at fintech, payments, or PSP companies
- Hands-on experience with card acquiring and card processing (Visa/Mastercard)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding self-organisation and structuring skills
- Strong hunter mindset with proven experience in outbound sales and merchant acquisition
- Experience managing and developing a merchant portfolio
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms
- Fluency in russian and English (spoken and written)
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the EU for client meetings and events
