Job Description
Independently identify and develop new business opportunities in the fintech and payments industry, drive the full sales cycle, and manage relationships with existing clients.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales at fintech, payments, or PSP companies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding self-organisation and structuring skills
- High initiative as a feature - is a must
- Deep understanding of payment solutions, acquiring, and/or merchant services
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms
- Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written)
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the EU for client meetings and events
