Model-Based Systems Engineer (Mid Level)

G2 Ops is seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Model-Based Systems Engineer to work on developing executable system architectures, building new MBSE capabilities, and supporting high-visibility Navy and DoD programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience applying MBSE methodologies to develop executable architectures, system models, simulations, and analyses using SysML-based tools (e.g., Cameo/MagicDraw), with a strong understanding of UML, SysML, and systems modeling standards
• Ability to apply system and SoS modeling to support requirements, design, analysis, verification, validation, and interoperability across all acquisition lifecycle phases
• Experience interfacing with clients and stakeholders to align MBSE solutions with program objectives
• Ability to lead and manage digital engineering initiatives and deliverables across multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience building and maturing MBSE and digital engineering capabilities within programs and organizations
• Ability to leverage model data to enable and manage a digital thread across engineering disciplines (e.g., cyber, configuration management)
• Experience implementing and sustaining a model-based culture within a digital enterprise environment
• Ability to produce reports and artifacts that support MBSE/digital engineering decision-making and governance
