Systems Engineer (Mid Level)

We are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Senior Systems Engineer with expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and naval combat systems engineering to work on architecture development, model-based systems engineering, requirements management, and engineering analysis for complex naval combat systems.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in model-based systems engineering and complex systems architecture
• Experience in naval combat systems, specifically AEGIS Weapon System environments is preferred
• Ability to apply MBSE methodologies to manage system requirements, architecture configuration management, and mission-level functionality
• Experience performing high-level functional systems analysis and providing design, integration, documentation, and implementation guidance on complex problems
• Technical knowledge of specialized applications and operational environments, including Foreign Military Sales variants
• Ability to collaborate across engineering and stakeholder teams to support analysis, traceability, and mission outcomes
• Active DoD Secret Clearance
