G2 Ops is seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Office Coordinator to support efficient day-to-day office operations at their Virginia Beach headquarters and provide administrative support for ordering and event coordination for their Arlington, VA office.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in office coordination, administrative support, and day-to-day workplace organization
- Experience supporting ordering, inventory management, vendor coordination, and office event logistics
- Ability to apply sound judgment, organization, and communication skills to keep office operations running smoothly across multiple locations
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness
