Job Description
Seeking a highly motivated Senior Systems Engineer to work on Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) in a high-paced environment with contractor and Government personnel and system developers/providers to acquire new MILSATCOM systems across space and ground segments.
Requirements
- Demonstrated understanding of R&M practices, techniques, and procedures
- Demonstrated experience working with or for the Government on a Government space systems program
- Experience and familiarity working with R&M military standards and regulations and industry R&M standards
- Strong interpersonal skills to enable working, interfacing, and interrelating with diverse personnel and dynamic teams
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, specifically strong attention to detail
- 8+ years of overall specialty experience in DoD supply, logistics, or engineering environments
- 3+ years of reliability engineering analysis
- 3+ years of data analysis techniques
