Requirements
- Support service personnel in installation of hardware and peripheral components
- Load specified software packages into computer
- Verify efficient and effective system operation through commands, observation, and feedback
- Provide instructions to team members on the appropriate use and maintenance of equipment, software, and manuals
- Respond to client inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems
- Coordinate activities with help-desk, network services, or other information systems groups
- Refer major hardware problems to service personnel for correction
